James McCarty Jeweller, Brown Street, Ponsonby
Todd Stevenson worked extremely closely with acclaimed jeweller James McCarty
to create a variety of pieces to be installed in his Ponsonby, Auckland store.
The relationship has been ongoing for some time, with light boxes and hanging display stands manufactured initially for the space, and a large table fashioned from the wing of an aeroplane. A large metal swing seat was also installed for James and his customers to while away the day on, another direct reflection of the jeweller’s unique design aesthetic and personality.
