If your product arrives with any faults or issues, please ensure to get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Contact must be made within the 48 hour window or you will be at risk of voiding your warranty.

Warranty:

A warranty of 12 months covers all Powersurge products. 

The warranty does not cover, but is not limited to, the following: damages caused by incorrect or unreasonable use, failure to provide proper care and maintenance, marking or fading from use, patina, oxidisation, discolouration, staining, environmental factors beyond our control, standard wear and tear or any damage caused by contact with unsuitable surfaces, materials, chemicals and products.
